- Event Media Data: Live videos and digital photographs captured at client events using our 360 Video Booth, Glambot, and AI Photobooth devices.
- Technical & Analytical Data: Anonymized IP addresses, browser types, interaction logs, and cookie identifiers for service stability and performance measurement.
3. Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing
Your personal data is collected and processed for the following specific purposes:
- Preparing and delivering price proposals for interactive event equipment rentals.
- Delivering video and photo outputs directly to guests during events via instant QR codes or AirDrop.
- Ensuring system security, anti-spam protection, and legal compliance.
4. On-Site Media Storage & Security
Event footage (360 slow-motion clips, photobooth portraits) processed through our software is hosted on secure temporary cloud storage solely to facilitate guest downloads via QR code. Unless explicit long-term archiving is agreed with the corporate event organizer, files are permanently purged within 30 days after the event conclusion.
